Reports have it that popular Hausa skit maker Kamal Aboki, known in private life as Kamal Iliyasu has passed away.
The comedian is said to have died in a fatal vehicular accident on his way to Kano State from Bono on Monday.
Kamal was a sensational TikTok star who commanded a huge following with his Hausa-themed skits.
Confirming the death of Kamal, his older brother Usman, revealed that their mother had a hunch that an unthinkable thing would happen to Kamal on the day he died.
Usman disclosed that the comic actor had gone to Maiduguri three days prior for an album launch. It was while on his way back that he met his untimely death in a fatal car crash.
He said that his family is inconsolable at the moment and that Kamal will be greatly missed since he was a fun and jovial person to be around.
