Southampton Revive Interest To Sign Ghana Striker Antoine Semenyo

English Premier League side, Southampton has reportedly renewed its interest in signing Ghana international Antoine Semenyo.

The club had mooted the idea of acquiring the Black Stars forward in order to strengthen its squad last summer but later dropped their chase.

In the wake of the club’s struggles, they have reportedly renewed their interest in Ghana forward over the past weekend.

Reports have it that Southampton has decided to bring in players as reinforcement during the January window to give it a better chance at avoiding relegation at the of the current English Premier League season.

The battle to avoid the drop is the major reason behind Southampton’s renewed interest in acquiring Antoine Semenyo before the January transfer window closes.

The forward who has been in top form this season is wanted by a number of clubs across Europe.
