Wife of the late overseer of the Synagogue Church Of All Nations, Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua better known as TB Joshua, Evelyn, has revealed that news of her husband’s sudden demise did not come as a surprise to her.
Evelyn received a delegattion from the Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi, as they paid a condolence visit.
According to Evelyn, she was aware her husband would continue to serve the people of God with the good news before he dies. Evelyn said, “What happened was an act of God.
“There’s time for everything, like my husband would say. This is the job he was known for. This is what he was living for. That is what he was going to die for. So, it did not come to me as a surprise. I was not surprised when it happened. As we all know, he was in service that day. So, that’s it.” she added.
You could recall Evelyn Joshua initially took to her Twitter page to react and to mourn her husband as she advised people to stay rooted in the Almighty to survive all the storms of life.
She wrote, “Losing a loved one is never easy; whether sudden or foreseen it’s always heartbreaking. Grief can wreak havoc on our overall well-being. That’s why it’s important to stay rooted in the Almighty. Only He can lessen our heartache and comfort us in these times. Seek refuge in Him.”
