Tiffany Jackson was born on 25 April 1985 in Longview, Texas.
She was an American basketball player and coach who played professional basketball in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) for the New York Liberty, Tulsa Shock, and Los Angeles Sparks.
Jackson played college football for the Longhorns of the University of Texas at Austin.
She was named the consensus number two national prospect after her college career.
She also led her high school team at Duncanville High School to win a state championship.
After retiring as a basketball player, Jackson took up a career in coaching with the Texas Longhorns women’s team as an assistant coach.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2015 and had a successful treatment but the illness recurred.
