After a determined performance by Crystal Palace, their win over Everton on Sunday, December 12, 2021, Ghana forward Jordan Ayew has received all the praises he merits.
The 30-year-old striker was the one who created Palace’s first goal. Conor Gallagher, a Chelsea loanee, converted the goal as the Eagles beat the Toffees 3-1 at Selhurst Park.
This ends a three-game losing streak by Patrick Viera’s men. But it was Jordan who caught the attention of the fans.
“Some performance from Jordan Ayew today,” wrote Palace on their official Twitter handle.

“Credit where it’s due Ayew was great today but I wouldn’t start him every week got Olise, also who has more assist so far doing well who also deserve a chance and brings a different spin to the game & Eze, who was fantastic last season please give them a chances too..,” Geonee wrote.

Jordan Ayew has not scored a goal yet this season, but he has appeared 15 times for the South London side.
Palace were able to withstand Conor Gallagher and James Tomkins’ brace on Sunday.
