Popular British actor, Tom Hiddleston has confirmed his engagement to Zawe Ashton, says he is very happy.
Rumors of the duo getting secretly engaged started spreading around earlier this year after Zawe was spotted with a ring on her left hand after an appearance at the Bafta Awards where some top celebs had reportedly congratulated them.
Despite the rumors surrounding their relationship and the ring on Zawe’s finger which was spotted through a picture shared by AJ Odudu, the couple had kept mute on the rumor and had not denied or confirmed their engagement until now.
Tom said, “I’m very happy” when he was asked by the LA Times if he had indeed popped the question.
Tom and Zawe were rumored to be dating in 2019 while co-starring in the play Betrayal. However, their relationship was kept private until they were captured in PDA on a holiday in Ibiza last year.
