Vânia Nonnenmacher was married to Valdir Bundchen, and together they had six daughters, including Gisele and her twin Patricia, as well as Rafaela, Graziela, Gabriela, and Raquel. Vânia, who worked as a bank clerk, played a pivotal role in enrolling three of her daughters, including Gisele, in modeling classes.
The family was primarily based in southern Brazil, specifically in the municipality of Horizontina. Over the years, Gisele Bündchen has frequently shared pictures and memories of her mother on social media. From celebrating her on Mother’s Day to sharing a family reunion photo on Instagram in September, where the entire family posed together, expressing her love and remembrance.
