After their win over South Korea, Mohammed Kudus has stated that Ghana is ready for its last Group H match against Uruguay on Friday, December 2.
The Black Stars of Ghana defeated Asian side South Korea 3-2 in their World Cup second game after losing 3-2 to Portugal in their opener game last Thursday, November 24.
Mohammed Kudus was named Man of the Match after his sterling performance, scoring a brace assisted by Jordan Ayew and Inaki Williams.
The other Ghana goal was scored by Mohammed Salisu assisted by Jordan Ayew as well.
In a pitch-side interview after the match, the 22-year-old Ajax and Ghana who is the first player to score 2 goals in a single FIFA World Cup game for Ghana midfielder said the Black Stars are 100% prepared for their last group match against Uruguay.
“We are fully confident going into the Uruguay game. We are coming in 100%,” he said.
