We Will Deal With You If E-Levy Doesn’t Change Our Lives – Prince David Osei Tells Government

Veteran Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei, has sent a subtle warning to the Government of Ghana to see to it that all the promises they made are fulfilled now that the E-Levy bill has been passed.

The actor who is a sympathizer of the New Patriotic Party and the current Government in an interview with Ameyaw Debrah said that a lot of people are complaining of the many tariffs the government is taking from the people and hopes that those monies are put to good use.

“The reaction hasn’t been great, people are grumbling, I’m complaining, but all I’m saying is whatever tariffs and cash we take, I just hope we put it to better use…It shouldn’t be only about collecting taxes, since the level of life is the same’ he said.

Whatever taxes… It’s not easy, the globe is in crisis, and the global economy is in crisis, so let’s examine the proof. Let it show…if we don’t see a quick rise in the quality of life, an improvement in the economy, the cedi stabilizing versus other currencies, and a larger GDP, there would be a problem”, he added.
