Woman Sues Chris Brown For $20 Million For Allegedly Raping Her Back In 2020
Chris Brown in a fresh trouble as a woman called Jane Doe has sued him $20 million for allegedly raping her on a yacht parked at Diddy’s Star Island home on December 22, 2020.
According to reports filed by TMZ, the American singer, rapper, songwriter, dancer, and actor grabbed the phone of a friend she was FaceTiming and urged her to come to Diddy’s home ASAP on Miami’s Star Island.
“When she arrived there on Dec. 30, 2020, the woman claims Chris approached her and asked her if she wanted a drink, motioning her toward the kitchen area on the yacht. In the docs, she claims she entered the kitchen with Chris, where he gave her a red cup with a mixed drink and they started talking. After he filled her cup a second time, she claims began to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
According to the suit, the woman claims she also felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep” … and that’s when she says Christopher Maurice Brown, well known as Chris Brown, led her into a bedroom while she was “drugged” and “half-asleep.”
In the document, the woman says Chris closed the door to the bedroom in her face, preventing her from trying to leave. He then removed her bikini bottoms and began kissing her. She claims she whispered to Chris to stop, but he refused and then raped her.
The woman says Chris ejaculated inside of her, then jumped and declared he was “done,” claiming Chris sent her a text the following day, and asked her to take the plan B. While she was devastated the next day, she says she was able to do exactly that.
The woman is suing Chris for $20 million in damages in the claim that the alleged rape has caused her extreme emotional stress.
The lawyer for the woman, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck told TMZ that the client was not able to reveal the alleged rape to police at the time because she was in medical school, and was ashamed.
Mitchell and Vrabeck says they are “committed to victims being heard and would urge anyone with information to contact them.”
