The 10-year-old boy, Ishmael Mensah Abdallah, who was murdered by two teenagers at Kasoa for money ritual purposes has finally been laid to rest.
His mortal remains which were conveyed from the Police Hospital to his family was buried today according to Islamic rules and customs.
Family, friends and sympathizers gathered in their numbers as they pay their last respect to Ishmael Mensah Abdallah, in the process allowing tears to freely flow down their cheeks.
Officials of the Ghana Police Service, politicians and other dignitaries were in attendance as they witness the short prayer session which was organized by the family for Ishmael.
With teary eyes and sullen face, family members can be seen seated and standing solemnly as they look on with an unquenchable hope that Ishamel Mensah has been received into Heavenly glory.
Speaking to the media, family members said they are very happy to have the body of their son and to perform the funeral rites according to their religious beliefs.
This serves as a sigh of relief for the family after they earlier demanded the body of their son be released to them after postmortem. They express hope that the suspects will be dealt with according to law when proven guilty by the court.
