Craig Robinson Pulls the Plug on Comedy Show After Gunman Opens Fire

Before going on stage, “The Office” star Craig Robinson had to cancel his comedy gig because a shooter had started shooting inside the comedy club.

Around nine o’clock on Saturday night, gunfire was heard at the Comedy Zone in North Carolina; Craig’s supporters immediately fled for safety.

The shooter requested that everyone evacuate as soon as he reached the area, showed his weapon, and at least one bullet was fired, according to the police. Fortunately, nobody was hurt.

In addition to leaving the arena, Robinson moved on to the Metro Credit Union Amphitheater, where Big Time Rush was performing (the comedy club is only a short distance from the Amphitheater).

Assuring his fans of his safety, Craig revealed that he was still in the green room before the incident took place.

“I’m safe. I’m cool. It was wild I was in the green room and they’re like ‘everybody get out!’ It was a moment for sure,”Craig said.
