Ghana Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac Sacked

Ghana Black Stars head coach Milovan Rajevac has been sacked after poor performance at the 2021 African cup of nations in Cameroon.

The West African powerhouse eliminated from the tournament at group stages after getting only a point from their 3 games in group c.

They lost their opening game by 1-0 to Morocco, draw 1-1 to Gabon, and lost 3-2 to Comoros.

This is the Comoros first time qualifying to the AFCON, and they lost their 2 group games against Morocco and Gabon without scoring a goal, but ended up disgracing Ghana 3-2 in the last match.

And this was the first time the four times African champions have crashed out of an AFCON without a single win, and the first time they’ve exited at the group stage since 2006.

Well, the Ministry of Youth and Sports had an emergency meeting with the GFA, asking them to reconstitute the Black Stars Management team. They also asked the Ghana Football Association to review the work and capacity of the Black Stars technical team led by coach Milovan Rajevac.
