I’m Sorry For My Comments – Kwame Borga Begs Mercy Asiedu

Kumawood actor and production assistant, Kwame Borga has apologized to veteran Oheneyere Mercy Asiedu and other prominent actresses who are based in Kumasi for the disparaging remarks he made about them.

In a viral video that was circulated, Kwame Borga alleged that there are some movie industry personnel, particularly actresses who are engaged in hookups.

Nana Agyeman Badu I in an interview on Kumasi-based Hello FM threatened to sue the actor over the comments he made about his wife, Mercy Asiedu.

As a result of the threats of legal action by the king of Kunsu, Kwame Borga has offered an unqualified apology in a video post on social media on Tuesday 28 March.

Kwame Borga in the video said he meant it to be a joke but it, unfortunately, turned out to be a terrible joke. He mentioned Mercy Asiedu and her husband and asked for their forgiveness referring to himself as their son.

He also called on all producers and directors and promised never to do what he did again.
