Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer Urges Fans To Come Out In Numbers For Ghana vs Angola Clash

Ghana attacker Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer is looking forward to playing his first match on the soil of Ghana.

The young forward who plies his trade with German Bundesliga side SV Hamburger was named in the twenty-five-man squad to face Angola in the two-legged 2023 AFCON qualifiers by new Black Stars coach Chris Hughton.

Königsdörffer in a promotional video released by the Ghana Football Association (GFA), called on Ghanaian football fans to come out in their numbers to give their support to the team as it takes on Angola in Kumasi at the Baba Yara stadium on 23 March.

Ransford had his first cap for Ghana in September 2022 as a late substitute in a friendly match against Nicaragua.

He is keen on making a mark on the international stage, and his inclusion in the Black Stars squad is both an opportunity for him to achieve his dream and also a testament to his abilities as a young footballer for SV Harmburger.
