VIDEO: Arsenal Star Thomas Partey Tells Eddie Nketiah To Choose Ghana Over England

Thomas Partey has urged English-born Eddie Nketiah to make a choice about his future in international by choosing Ghana over England.

Nketiah has played for the Three Lions at the junior levels, but is not yet get a call-up from England coach Gareth Southgate.

And despite his hat-trick success for Arsenal in the midweek against Sunderland, however, his England future remains uncertain.

Thomas Partey, who watched the 22-year-old excel during the EFL Cup in the midweek, told the young star that she is now ready to represent Ghana.

Yeah, now youโ€™re ready for Ghana,” said Partey in a video.

Nketiah has represented England at U18, 19, 20, and 21. In this year, Nketiah has netted five goals in three EFL Cup matches.

I’m eager to play football, I’m here under contract and as long as I play for Arsenal I will give it my all. If the manager needs me I will be ready to help the team,” said Nketiah after his hat-trick.
