Stoney Lee Westmoreland was born on 18 March 1970 in Kingsport, Tennessee.
He is a veteran American actor, writer, director, and producer who played the warlord in the Star Trek: Voyager sixth season episode “Muse”.
He had his first experience in the entertainment world with television commercials for several companies.
Westmoreland has had guest roles in television series like Townies, NewsRadio, Ink, Two Guys, a Girl, and Pizza Place.
